Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "idxbet", "we", "us", or "the Company" — refers to the legal entity operating the idxbet platform at https://idxbet.cam and all associated sub-domains.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile web application, and any software tool published by idxbet through which services are delivered.
• "User", "you", or "Player" — any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or transacts through the Platform.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Services" — all wagering, gaming, lottery, and ancillary services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot gacor (high-payout slot games), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and e-sports betting.
• "Funds" — the balance held in your Account denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or incentive granted by idxbet subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under our anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone for all customer-facing operating hours on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and idxbet. By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by depositing funds, or by placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to comply with all provisions herein.

This Agreement should be read alongside the idxbet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall terms governing your use of the Platform.

idxbet reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, we will communicate those changes by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. We do not accept registrations from persons under 21 under any circumstances.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party, legal entity, or artificial person.
3. You must not have previously been excluded from the Platform via self-exclusion or a company-imposed restriction that remains in force.
4. You must not be classified as a problem gambler or have been directed by a healthcare professional to abstain from gambling activities.
5. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

idxbet makes no representation that the Services are lawful for any particular user in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your local laws permit online gambling before registering.

Each User may hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all Funds and Bonuses therein.

During registration you are required to provide, at minimum:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document (KTP or passport).
• A valid personal email address to which you have exclusive access.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
• The bank account or e-wallet you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Any false or misleading information may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly should any information change.

Account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with any third party. idxbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

idxbet is committed to operating in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, we apply Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all accounts.

You may be required to submit the following documents at any point — typically before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposit exceeds a specified threshold:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, colour copy or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days confirming your residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or image of the bank account, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account used for deposits, confirming ownership by the registered account holder.

Documents must be legible, unexpired, and match the personal details on your registered Account. idxbet reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in withdrawal suspension until verification is completed.

All Account Funds are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). idxbet does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which idxbet accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods and indicative processing times are as follows:

Deposits are credited to your Account balance automatically once payment confirmation is received from the issuing financial institution. During peak hours (especially during major football matches or popular togel draw windows), processing may occasionally be delayed by a few additional minutes.

You may only deposit Funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the depositing account differs from the name on your idxbet Account — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate refund of the deposit and potential Account suspension.

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method held in the same name as your registered idxbet Account.
• You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonuses must be satisfied before withdrawal is permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

idxbet does not charge withdrawal fees for your first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. From the fourth withdrawal onward within the same month, a processing fee of 1.5% (minimum Rp 10,000) applies. This fee is deducted from the withdrawal amount before disbursement.

In circumstances where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, idxbet reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing until an internal investigation is completed. You will be notified promptly if your withdrawal is subject to such a review.

idxbet occasionally offers Bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All Bonuses are discretionary and subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the relevant promotion page or communicated via email at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general rules apply to all Bonuses:

• Bonuses are awarded for promotional purposes only and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 8x to 30x the Bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. The exact multiplier is stated in the offer terms.
• Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10–20%, and live dealer games 10%. Specific contribution percentages are listed in the Bonus terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days). Unused or partially wagered Bonuses expire at the end of the validity period.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with Bonus funds. The standard limit is Rp 25,000 per bet unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this limit may void the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one Bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent Bonuses is prohibited.

All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules published for each game category. These rules are accessible within the respective game lobbies and supersede any contradictory statement in this general Agreement.

Key principles applicable to all wagering activities:

• Sports Betting: All football, basketball, badminton, volleyball, and e-sports bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. If a match is abandoned or postponed for more than 48 hours, bets are typically voided unless otherwise stated in the market rules. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to succeed; any voided leg reduces the parlay odds accordingly.
• Live Casino: All live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, etc.) are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined in real-time by certified dealers using physical cards, wheels, or dice. Video feeds are streamed directly from licensed studios and cannot be manipulated.
• Slot Games: All RNG-based slot games use random number generators certified by independent testing laboratories (iTech Labs, GLI, BMM). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel and typically range from 94% to 98%.
• Togel (Lottery): All togel draws use official results as published by the relevant regional lottery authority. idxbet does not conduct its own draws and acts solely as a betting intermediary.
• Crash Games: Crash multiplier outcomes are generated by a provably fair algorithm. The hash for each round is published before the round begins and can be independently verified post-round.

idxbet reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error has occurred in the odds offered, the event details, or the settlement. In such cases, stakes are returned to the Player's Account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds:

1. Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to use your Account or providing false information to circumvent age verification.
2. Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person.
3. Collusion & Syndicate Play: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate outcomes, share information, or circumvent betting limits.
4. Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through any method that violates the spirit or letter of the Bonus terms, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to convert Bonuses to withdrawable cash, or using automated software to claim or wager Bonuses.
5. Payment Fraud: Using stolen credit cards, hacked e-wallet accounts, or any unauthorised payment method to deposit Funds.
6. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or disguise funds derived from criminal activity.
7. Bot Usage: Employing automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to place bets, scrape odds, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
8. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider for a legitimate deposit that was credited to your Account.

Detection of any of the above may result in permanent Account closure, reporting to relevant financial authorities, and legal action where appropriate.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, software code, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of idxbet or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written permission from idxbet.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or algorithm used on the Platform.
• Use the idxbet name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without explicit written consent.

Unauthorised use of idxbet's intellectual property may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, idxbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or information.
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill.
• Emotional distress or mental anguish arising from gambling losses.

idxbet's aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the claim.

idxbet makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

idxbet collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.

Key data protection commitments:

• Personal data is stored on secure servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard firewalls.
• Payment information is never stored in full; only the last four digits of bank account numbers or e-wallet IDs are retained for verification purposes.
• Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idxbet holds its international operating licence. Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and idxbet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at support@idxbet.cam. We will make every reasonable effort to reach an amicable resolution.

If informal resolution is not possible within thirty (30) days, either party may elect to refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
